Our Order Online consists of three parts: personal details, order details and remark.

Q: I am planning a large order aning, Can you give me Special Discount?
Yes! If you are planning a large order or consider having some friends order with you and have the order shipped to one address, you can take advantage of the our special offer and discount.
Q: I am wholesaler, can I have better price?
Certainly, I am the wholesaler! You can send me an E-mail with items ID. I will reply you as soon as we can. However, you have to reach a certain amount of purchasing to have a discount, please contact us to have more information.
Q: How long will the product arrive, after paying?
So it will take about 10-20 days for shipping by Air. (Mostly, it just take 10 days to most places in US.) Please contact us if you can't receive the packages, after 21 days. We can help you to ask, and wait for the reply , We may not consider as package lost, unless the package can't be arrived in 31 days. if you shipping by boat it will be need 45 days to deliver the Sea port.

Q: What's the Transportation?
The shipping charge (by boat) is from Xi'an to the destination sea port. It takes 35-45 days to arrive in your country. Customer maybe pay destination charge to your local government. The destination charge Means the service happened in delivery port, including handing, document, customs, service. The destination charge is about 90-120 USD, but still different amount in the same country.
Q: How to pack the goods?
The package is safe with foam stuffed into a skeleton container. Such as satin box, wooden case, and crate etc.
                 
Q: Can you deliver to my address?
Yes! Door to Door: we offer to the DHL, FedEx UPS. (It takes 9 days to arrive at your address.)
Q: Can I cancel the order?
Before we reply you, you can send me an E-mail to cancel the order. But after we have replied you, you can NOT cancel the order.
